Thank you for shopping at VTESSPORTS. We guarantee that all orders will meet 100% VTESSSPORTS standards, and we will cover all associated costs in case of any errors on our end. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 calendar days to return the unused item in its original packaging. Simply navigate to 'Contact Us,' fill out the information, and include your order number with your request.

Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the return status. If approved, store credits will be available for immediate use. If a cash refund is requested, processing time will be based on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that you're responsible for your own return shipping costs, and if you request a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted.

For exchanges, return the item, and we'll ship a new product per your recommendation.
